Aralagodu

Situated about 87 km west of Shimoga, Aralagodu is a town in Shimoga District of Karnataka.

Mavingundi of Uttara Kannada District and Linganamakki are the major towns nearby. Tourist destinations close to Aralagodu are Jog Falls and Linganamakki Reservoir (with boating facility). Gerusoppa, famous for a Jain shrine, is 21 km away.
