Vandse




Around 45 km north of Udupi and 9 km north-east of Kundapura, Vandse is a town in Udupi District of Karnataka. Shri Ganapathi Temple is the main attraction here. A concrete tower is seen on Tallur-Vandse Highway in order to greet the devotees to Sri Siddhivinayaka Temple at Hattiyangadi, which is close to Vandse. Gangolli and Basrur are other places of interest in the neighborhood. Nearby prominent places include Chittadi to the west, Jadkal to the north and Golikatte and Hosangadi to the east.

Mangalore Airport is 83 km south. Nearest railhead is Kundapura Railway Station.
