Katur

Katur is a town on the eastern side of Uttara Kannada District in Karnataka. It is around 110 km east of Karwar and 56 km south of Hubli.

The town of Hangal (in Haveri District) is a worth visiting spot at about 16 km away.

Katur is directly connected with Mundgod (11 km), Pala (7 km) and Bhartnalli (19 km). Nearest airport and railhead are Hubli Airport and Karwar Railway Station respectively.
