Venkatramana Temple




Venkatramana Temple is situated at the eastern end of Gokarna, a Shaivite pilgrim center in Karnataka. The temple is dedicated to Lord Venkatarama, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu. Koti Teertha, a large temple tank, is situated 100 m from the temple. Foreigners are not allowed inside the temple, but can witness the various rituals performed here.
