Chakra Thirtha

Chakra Thirtha is most unique of all the springs at Kutagal. Chakra Thirtha means ‘wheel spring’ and lies on the steep slope at the hill here.

The spring is about 15 feet in diameter and is always filled to the brim with water. The water is crystal clear and the water gushes out perennially forming a whirlpool.
