Musabani




Musabani is a picturesque area situated about 45 km from Jamshedpur in East Singhbhum District of Jharkhand. It is mainly a tribal area where the Santhal tribe constitute the majority and others include some of the primitive tribes like Birhor and Sabar (Kariya).

Points of attraction include Siddheshwar Temple at Rakha Mines and Zaher Sthan - the holy place where tribal people offer prayers.

Musabani has a bus stand from where buses ply between Ghatshila, Sakchi Bus stand at Jamshedpur and some parts of Orissa and West Bengal. The nearest railway station is Ghatshila Railway Station (20 km).
