Bishungarh

Bishungarh is a small town located in Hazaribagh District of Jharkhand. Hazaribagh is around 45 km west of Bishungarh.

Bagodar, famous for its 65 ft tall Shivling shape temple, is 14 km away. Among the points of interest nearby are Hazaribagh National Park, Hazaribagh Lake and Konar Dam. Amnari, Tutki, Gorhar, Narkandi and Banaso are nearby towns. The state capital, Ranchi is around 87 km south. Hazaribagh Road Railway Station and Ranchi Airport are the nearest railhead and airport respectively.
