Rupi Bhabha Sanctuary




Rupi Bhabha Sanctuary in Kinnaur District of Himachal Pradesh is about 40 km from Rampur.

Great Himalayan and Pin Valley parks are located on its western and northern boundaries. The north side of the sanctuary is covered by glaciers.

Inhabitants include fox, Himalayan black bear, leopard, snow leopard, brown bear, Indian muntjac, musk deer, goral, serow, blue sheep, Himalayan tahr, ibex, and numerous exotic pheasants including the near extinct Western horned Tragopan. Inner line permit is required to enter the sanctuary.
