Baspa River

Baspa River, originating from the Baspa hills, is a main tributary of the Sutlej River - the largest among the five rivers of Himachal Pradesh. It cut across the main Himalayan range and is joined by many smaller channels draining snow melt waters. It finally merges with river Sutlej in Kinnaur District.

Baspa is home to the rainbow and the brown trout and hence is an angler’s paradise.
