Khanjar




Khanjar, the last village in Myar Valley, is located in the upper region of Lahaul and Spiti District. This charming hamlet, with a wide variety of wild flowers and meadows, is around 8 km east of Gumba and 40 km west of Darcha. Tayul Monastery, Shashur Monastery, Suraj Tal Lake, Indrasan Peak, Gepang Goh Peak, Mulkila Peak, Perad Glacier, Chandra Tal, Chhota Shigri Glacier, Bara Shigri Glacier and Kunzum Pass are within a short distance. Kullu Manali Airport and Joginder Nagar Railway Station are the nearest airport and railway station.
