Pabbar River

A Tributary of Tons River



Pabbar River is a tributary of the Tons River which drains into the river Yamuna. It originates from the southern slopes of the Dhauladhar range, which is near the border of Uttar Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh. The main stream is fed by the Chandra Nahan glacier and springs that originate from underground waters. The river joins with the Tons river at the base of the Chakrata massif near the border of Uttar Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh.
