Siliserh Lake

Siliserh Lake is about 13 km from Alwar, just off the Alwar-Sariska road and lies along the edge of the Sariska Wildlife Sanctuary. With a magnificent royal palace, now converted as Hotel Lake Palace, the lake has a sublime blend of unsurpassable beauty and architectural charm.

This enchanting lake is adorned with domed cenotaphs. Set amidst the forested slopes of Aravalli Ranges, the lake attracts a number of migratory birds. Crocodiles are also found. Overlooking the lake is a magnificent palace. The lake is an interesting picnic spot with the options of boating and sailing.
