Pichhvais Painting is one of the traditional arts of Rajasthan. Pichhvais are cloth paintings hung in temples. The paintings depict Lord Krishna as Shrinathiji in different moods. They are hung behind His image in the temple and changed according to the season. The painting is done in dark rich hues on rough hand-spun cloth.
