Bhattu




Bhattu is a small town in Fatehabad District of Haryana. It is a prominent trade center for cereals in the district. Bhattu is 40 km north-west of Hissar.

Excursions in the vicinity include the archeological sites of Kunal Mound and Banawali Mound, Shershah Ka Kila and Idgah. The Humayun Mosque and Lat (a stone pillar), at Fatehabad, are the nearby attraction.

The airports at Chandigarh, Ludhiana and New Delhi serve Fatehabad. Bhattu Railway Station is on the Hissar-Sirsa line.
