Shri Vadali Teerth

Managed by a trust called Shri Vadali Jain Shwetambar Murtipoojak Sangh, Shri Vadali Teerth is situated at Vadali in the Sabarkantha District of Gujarat. The main idol of Shri Vadali Teerth is Shri Amijhara Parshwanath Bhagvan in padmasana posture and is installed by Acharya Shri Somsundar Surishwarji. The name 'Shri Amijhara Parshwanath Bhagvan' derives from the belief that a continuous flow of Ami (Amrit called by Hindus) used to emerge from the moolnayak idol. Pratishtha (installation of the idol) of Shri Amijhara Parshwanath Bhagvan took place on the 4th day of Vaishakh Shukla in 1275 Vikram Samvat. A well-equipped dharamshala is also available. Shri Vadali Teerth is situated at a distance of 40 km from Himmatnagar, 15 km from Khedbrahma and 119 km from Ahmedabad.
