Established in 1997, Shri U V Patel College of Engineering is situated at
Kherva in
Mehsana District,
Gujarat. It is affiliated to North Gujarat University and is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE),
New Delhi. The college is named after Shri Ugarchandbhai Varanasibhai Patel, a leading industrialist of Gujarat. It offers courses in electronics and communication engineering, computer engineering, information technology, mechatronics engineering, mechanical engineering and bio-medical engineering.
Spread an area of over 25 acres of land and is a part of Ganapat Vidyanagar Campus. It has two ultra modern buildings of architectural splendor. The college has well-equipped class rooms, tutorial rooms, seminar hall, offices, drawing hall, workshop, library, departmental laboratories, several computer labs with internet connectivity and satellite link education center with two-way audio. Separate hostel facilities are available for boys and girls. The campus also houses a bank and a canteen.
