Khedbrahma




Khedbrahma is a taluk headquarters situated about 45 km from Poshina, in Sabarkantha District of Gujarat. The place is dotted with numerous Hindu temples including one of the few Brahma temples in India. Khedbrahma lies to the north of Himmatnagar, the district headquarters.

Major point of attraction here is the Khedbrahma Teerth, dedicated to Bhagwan Mahavir Swami. The place is also famous for the temple dedicated to Chaturmukh (the four headed God).

Khed Brahma Railway Station is on the Ahmedabad-Khedbrahma meter gauge rail route of Western Railways. By road, Khedbrahma is well linked with Agio, Laxmipur, Idar and Sipor.
