Amba Mata Temple




Amba Mata Temple, belonging to the 12th century, is a renovated temple situated at Girnar Hill in Junagadh District of Gujarat. Girnar is 4 km from Junagadh, one of the most picturesque towns in India.

Thousands of pilgrims from all over India throng at this temple to offer prayers to Amba Mata, an incarnation of Goddess Parvati. Newly married couples come here to seek blessing from the goddess for a happy married life. From the temple, one can have a great view of the surrounding areas.
