Bandhani is a village located in the central part of the Charotar region of Gujarat

. Agriculture is the major occupation of the people. About 1800 hectors of land is cultivated. Tobacco, bajra, potato, banana and lemon are cultivated. About 68% of the people are educated. Majority of the people belong to the Patidar community. The other communities living here include Brahmin
