Fafda

Fafdas are long flat snacks made from gram flour and black peppers. In this recipe, strips of seasoned gram flour dough are deep fried to a golden crispness. Rajasthanis prefer 'Jalebi' and 'Fafda' with a large glass of hot milk in the morning.
