Reis Magos




Reis Magos is a picturesque fishing hamlet located on the coastal road, northern region of Panaji. This is a favorite tourist haunt with tantalizing views of the Coco Beach. The famous Mandovi River flows through this region. Although this rural village is small in area, there are ancient forts and churches worth visiting. The Reis Magos Fort, built in 1551, is the major attraction. Besides, Aguada Fort is easily accessible.

Reis Magos Church attracts a large number of devotees, especially during the main festival, held every January. Tourists can also visit the hamlet of Candolim from here. Comfortable accommodation with entertainment facilities, is available in the area. Goa Airport is the nearest airport.
