Siridao




Siridao is a tiny picturesque village situated in Tiswadi taluk of North Goa District in the State of Goa. It lies beside the Arabian Sea with one side facing the Mormugao Harbour. The main attraction of the village, Siridao Beach, is situated near the Zuari estuary. Siridao is known as the shell collector’s paradise as it has a good collection of oyster and pearl shells.

On the hillock in Siridao stands an ancient church popularly known as the Jesus of Nazareth Church, built in 1604. Bambolim Beach is an another nearby tourist destination. Siridao is 8 km from the state capital, Panaji. Goa Airport at Dabolim is the nearest airport and closest rail road at Karmali.
