Also known as Nossa Senhora de Merces, the Church of Our Lady of Mercy is situated in
Colva. It was founded in 1630. The church houses a statue of Baby Jesus.
An annual festival (Fama of Menino Jesuse) is celebrated on the third Monday of October. The festival is considered as one of the most popular feasts of Goa. A big fair is also held on this occasion.
