Rasgulla




Kolkata’s gift to the world, Rasgulla is a classic and very popular Indian cheese balls boiled in sugar syrup. It is popularly known as Roshgolla in West Bengal. This is a very sweet dessert made for special events and usually served cold. These are available at popular sweet shops all over India, while they can also be made at home if desired. The spongy Rasgulla, dipped in sweet water, is really delicious and mouth-watering.
