Minto Tower




Located at Giddhaur, about 15 km east from the district head quarter of Jamui, Minto Tower is a major point of attraction in Bihar. Built by Maharaja Rameshwar Prasad Singh, the tower was erected in commemoration of Lord Minto who visited here in 1960. This tower attracts a large number of tourists. Visitors can also view numerous temples nearby. Jamui has its own railway station.
