Hisua is a beautiful hamlet situated on the banks of the Tilaya River on the Gaya-
Nawada Road, in the
Nawada District of
Bihar. It is 15 km south of Nawada and 43 km east of
Gaya.
Hisua is renowned as the manufacturer of stunning ornamental pottery. A fair held here on the Fagun Shivratri day, attracts large number of people from far and near.
The nearest airport is at Gaya. Hisua has a railway station, called Tilaya Railway Station, on the Nawada-
Sasaram line. By road, Hisua is linked with Gaya, Nawada and Akbarpur.
