Nawanagar

Nawanagar is a prominent town in Buxar District of Bihar. Around 29 km south-east of Buxar, it is close to the district’s border with Bhojpur District. By road, Nawanagar is directly linked with Bikramganj, Dawath, Dumraon and Buxar. Nearest airport is at Patna. Buxar Railway Station, on the Mughal Sarai-Danapur rail route, is the nearest major railhead.
