Bhojpur District




Bhojpur District of Bihar sprawls over an area of 2,474 sq km. It has a population of over 1.8 million.

Economy depends on agriculture and industry. Rice, wheat and maize are some of the agricultural crops. Industries include several rice and oil mills. The Ganges and Son are the main rivers. Arrah is the headquarters of Bhojpur District.
