Kakodonga




Kakodonga, with an area of 118 sq km, is bounded by the Brahmaputra in the north, Mohima Tea Estate in the south, Kakodonga River and Jorhat District in the east and H C Goswami Path, Gelabill, and the Brahmaputra on the west. The place consists of agricultural lands, barren places and several ponds and tanks. The population of the village is 48,089.

Kakodonga is 28 km from Golaghat. The nearest railhead is at Barua Bamungaon.
