Nagoba Temple

Adisesha Temple



Nagoba Temple is located in Keslapur in Adilabad District. The presiding deity of the temple is Seshanag (Serpent God) with a stone image. This temple has special significance as it is located at a spot where the Pranahita River merges with the Godavari. Adisesha Temple is related with the famous Rajarajeswara Temple in Vemulawada.

This temple attracts large number of devotees during the month of Pushya to celebrate the Keslapur Jatara. Gonds as well as people of other tribes take part in this Jatara.

Nagoba Temple is also known as Adisesha Temple.
