Located about 150 km from
Vijayawada, Tripurantakam is the site of Tripurantakeswara Temple. It is one of the major pilgrim centers of the
Shaivites. The place also has a temple dedicated to Bala Tripura Sundari in the middle of a tank.
The nearby towns are Ongole (93 km) and Srisailam (96 km).
