Punganuru

Punganuru is a taluk headquarters and a prominent town in Chittoor District of Andhra Pradesh. It lies midway between Palamaneru and Madanapalle.

Kaundinya Wildlife Sanctuary, at Palamaneru, is a nearby attraction. Horsley Hills is another tourist interest in the region.

The temple town of Tirupati is 137 km north-east. Tirupati Airport is the nearest airport. Srinivasapura Railway Station is the nearest railhead. National Highway 219 passes through Punganuru.
