Kakinada Port




Kakinada Port is south of the eastern coast of the country. It is a principal sea port among the minor ports in India and under the control of the government of Andhra Pradesh. The history of the port can be traced back to 1805. Kakinada port is classified as an intermediate port and has become one of the safest natural harbors on the east coast of India.
