Parsi Cuisine

Parsi Cuisine is the combination of many culinary techniques found in India and over the world. It adds to the richness and variety of the Indian cuisine. The delectable dishes of the Parsis reflect the influence of their old home Iran and the influence of Gujarat where they landed to escape religious persecution. The dishes are exceptional and are the blend of ingredients from around the world. There is a lot of variety in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, which are extremely tasty and nutritious. Dhansak and Patrani Machhi are the main Parsi dishes famous for their unique flavor and taste.
