Parshvanatha Temple




Parshwanatha Temple, a 12th century structure built during the Hoysala reign, is a highly revered shrine located in Penukonda of Andhra Pradesh. The temple is noted for its architectural splendor. The standing image of a Jain Teerthankar facing an undulating snake is an unusual portrayal of a savior.
