Alemelu Mangamma Temple




Alemelu Mangamma Temple is situated on a hill at Manyamkonda, 15 km from Mahabubnagar. The temple houses the beautiful idol of Sri Alemelu Mangamma brought from Tirupati. This black stone idol was consecrated as per the instruction of Sri Hanumadas. Dedicated to Goddess Lakshmi, the temple attracts thousands of devotees. It is believed that one can accomplish all his desires by worshipping the deity.

The nearest railway station is located at Mahabubnagar. Devotees can use the buses operated by the Temple devasthanam from the foothill to uphill.
