Zul-Qa'dah

Zul-Qa'dah is the eleventh month of the Islamic calendar. Falling in the Hajj season, it is a sacred month for the Muslims. The name Zul-Qa'dah comes from the word ‘qa'ada’ ( meaning to sit.) During this month devotees stop their businesses and 'sit' to prepare for the holy Hajj.
