Waterscapes Backwater Resort

Situated at Kumarakom, Waterscapes is a four star backwater resort managed by Kerala Tourism Development Corporation (KTDC). It offers 40 thatched cottages on 30 islets laced with canals. A restaurant and a beer parlor are there to serve you. The resort holds a swimming pool, fitness center and an ayurvedic center. Other services include laundry, doctor on call, car-hire, currency exchange and travel assistance. It also arranges boating, backwater tours and sightseeing trips. Conference and banquet facilities are also available. Kottayam Railway Station and Cochin International Airport are the nearest railhead and airport respectively.
