Waghadi River




Waghadi River is one among the six tributaries of Penganga River. The river flows across areas of Yavatmal and Kelapur. Waghadi River joins with the Godavari River just downstream of Gadge Maharaj Bridge. Ghatanji, taluk headqurters of Yavatmal is located on the banks of the river. The river is nearly 80 km in length and contains water for the major part of the year.
