Vama Marga (left-handed path) is one of the two main paths in Tantra (a tradition of Hindu Philosophy). The other path is called Dakshina Marg (right handed path).
Vama Marga is a bold path, different from the conventional methods of asceticm, yoga, and meditation. It involves the way of Shakti and liberation is sought and believed to be attained through physical involvement.
