Vallabhapur, a center of Gaudiya Vaishnava Sect, is a village located about 3 km north of Mahesha Village in
Hooghly District. It is the place where the two associates of
Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, Kasisvara Pandita and Rudra Pandita, lived.
Rudra Pandita had installed the Radha-Govinda and Chaitanya Mahaprabhu idol here.
