Thaila Dhara


Thaila Dhara is a traditional ayurvedic treatment for diseases such as ENT problems, insomnia and migraine. In this treatment, a special powder mixed with medicated oil is applied on the top of the head. It is done for a period of 20 to 45 minutes.
