Teet ka Achar




Teet ka Achar is a spicy pickle made from the fruit of the Kair tree. The fruit of this tree is bitter, so the people of Haryana soak the crushed fruit in salt water to remove its bitterness. Then they add spices to this dish to make this tangy pickle and consumed after some days. Teet ka Achar goes well with rotis and rice.
