Tamilnadu Ovia Nunkalai Kuzhu

Tamilnadu Ovia Nunkalai Kuzhu was established by the Government in the year 1975. It is a cultural organization which promotes and propagates fine arts such as painting, sculpture and graphics in the state through well-structured programs. Training classes are conducted on Sundays to those who are interested in learning fine arts, at the campus of Government College of Fine Arts, Chennai.
