Taked



Taked is a holy place, which is at a distance of about 30 km from Nasik, in Nasik District of Maharashtra. The Kadwa River flows through this place. At the source of this river is the famous Trimbakeshwar Temple. The water springs located in Taked are believed to have sprung forth when Lord Ram shot an arrow into the ground. Other nearby religious places are Sinnar, Mangi Tungi and Saptashringi Gad.

The nearest airport is Gandhinagar Airport and the nearest railway station is Nasik Road Railway Station.
