Sunishannaka

Sunishannaka (Blepharis edulis) is a small, grey-pubescent or nearly glabrous perennial herb that grows in the Thar Desert. The rigid stems possess four leaves at each node. The blue flowers are seen in strobilate inflorescence. The seeds have aphrodisiac, resolvent, and diuretic activities.
