Static Houseboat, also called Palace on Water, is a luxury
houseboat compatible for a tranquil stay in the backwaters of
Alappuzha. It is managed by Alappuzha Tourism Development Corporation (ATDC). The boat has two bedrooms that can accommodate four persons. The balcony on the top is quite convenient to get a feel of the panoramic nature around. Balcony at below and sundeck are other features. Canoes are always connected to the Static Houseboat.
