State Highway 19 connects the enchanting hill station of Munnar with Kumily, on the Kerala–Tamil Nadu border, in Idukki District. State Highway 19 starts from Km 0/2 of State Highway 18 and runs southwards touching Devikulam, Puppara, Santhanpara, Udumbanchola, Kallar, Vattapara and Amaravati, before joining the K K Road at Kumily. State Highway 19 has a total length of 106 km.
