Srinivas College of Hotel Management, established in 1988, is situated in
Mangalore.
Affiliated to Mangalore University, it offers 4 year Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management (BHM), one year Post Graduate Diploma in Tourism and Hotel Management (PGDTHM) and 3 year Diploma course in Hotel Management (DHMCT). Special programs such as one year Diploma in Cookery, one year Diploma course in Bakery and one year Diploma course in Food and Beverage Service are also offered. Besides, Theme Dinner and a festival named HOG are organized annually to promote the culinary skills of the students.
The students are provided on the job training in partial fulfillment of the BHM degree course. There is a model suit room and a house keeping workshop to meet the operational demands of housekeeping department. Kitchen, bakery and confectionery department are among the facilities.
