Sowar Mangal Chand Memorial is located at Chulshul in
Leh District of
Jammu and Kashmir. This monument was erected by soldiers of 63 Cavalry (regiment of the Indian Army) in July 2000. The saga of bravery of all participants of the 1962 war is recorded in a marble commemoration stone. Also in it are the actions of 3 Troops 'B' Squadron and the supreme sacrifice of late Sowar Mangal Chand.
